Multi-Product Seal Integrity Tester

The Sepha PakScan is a non-destructive, multi-product seal integrity tester for flexible packaging including pouches, sachets, bags, stick packs and solid components/medical devices. 

The system can detect gross holes, leaks and channel leaks as small as 10μm in up to 10 packs simultaneously (pack and material dependent). 

Key benefits include:

• The test method is non-destructive, enabling you to return packs that have passed the test to the production line, reduction waste and cost
• Can identify holes down to 10μm in up to 10 packs within 30 seconds (pack and material dependent)
• Method provides deterministic, quantitative and repeatable results
• 21 CFR Part 11 compliant
• Suitable to test flexible packaging made from non-porous materials: PVC, PVDC, Aclar, Aluminium foils & laminates
• Standard configurations include 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 or 10 packs
• Can be customised to accommodate larger packs
